Kiwi Logic Consulting has been designed to provide key information and coaching on business succession planning.  The terms business exit, succession or  transition planning are interchangeable as they all lead to the same outcome, the transfer of all or part ownership of the business. 

Kiwi Logic’s focus is to coach business owners enabling them to identify their long term goals and set in motion a robust, pragmatic approach to meet and exceed those ownership transfer goals.

The Destination

The first stage in any journey is to identify the destination.  Before we start the journey we must have a clear and defined destination in mind.  With business that destination is unavoidable, at some point in time, planned or unplanned, we must transition the ownership of our business.   With that realisation we are able to move quickly and purposely toward managing our business in a manor that ensures we add long term value.  Value that can be realized when we successfully transfer ownership.

 The Journey

Once the destination has been identified we can embark on the journey, this comprises the breakdown of activities in a business and identifying opportunities for improving performance. One the performance level of the business has been lifted we focus on optimizing the activities carried out and driving the business in to the upper quartile of companies operating in their industry stream.  These are the value adding activities that must take place to realise the true potential of a business.
